Southbend BGS/23SC 38" Double Deck Gas Convection Oven is a solid piece of equipment that is Energy Star® Qualified. This oven features 40,000 BTUs burners and coved porcelain interior to distribute the heat properly and they are also easy to clean. The soft air, two-speed, 1/2 horse power fan motor and the 11-position rack guides add versatility to this convection oven.
